Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

As I mentioned before, from my use in other tools, what calls me the most to Lucidchart is the ease of use. Then, the aesthetics of the designs I can make with less effort.
This is an amazing tool that we have been using at all levels of our organization, but especially to facilitate the understanding of our internal processes. Personally, the user experience from Lucidchart was much better than the other open drawing tool I used to use, and the google cloud integration was much better too.
  • User Experience
  • Google Cloud Integration
  • Nothing I can think of.
  • I don't that figure yet.
All our enterprise documentation and resources are stored in Google Drive, so, having that integrated was paramount.
I didn't use the support so I can't tell about it.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

If you need to create diagrams, currently you have a few options. From the ones I have used (draw.io, Microsoft Visio, OpenOffice Draw), I would choose Lucid if:
- you need enterprise
-grade layouts and design: The other tools mentioned, make it a bit hard to create a clean and good looking design;
- you want cloud and better team integrations: you don't find this in offline tools like Visio and OpenOffice Draw;
- have users in your team that are not too skilled in drawing: Lucid makes drawing easier to 3yrs old kids; It is less appropriate if you have small teams and don't care about losing visual aesthetics and your team members can learn how to use more difficult tools.
