Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Some features could be included for mobile users with older phones to support working with smaller screens and less accurate devices.
Lucidchart has been used as a learning resource while teaching online lessons. The collaborative feature allows for the teacher and the students to engage each other in a simpler and more natural way. This addresses issues such as non-participation from members of the class and reduces the difficulty in clarifying important information. Currently, teachers are able to choose whether they will include it in their lesson or not and there is a small learning curve that the students must overcome before they are confident also.

  • Collaborative work
  • Mind-mapping
  • Brainstorming
  • Activities where all meeting participants can get involved
  • Mobile devices - at times it is difficult to navigate the functions. Perhaps setting a scroll function would help.
  • Students engagement
  • Confidence levels
  • Participation
  • Improved pace (lesson progression) - students are quick to respond
Not in use.
I have not needed to seek support.
