Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Lucidchart is incredibly easy to use and great for those that are new to process mapping. It takes little to no time to learn the site and star-making use of it.
Lucidchart is used to help us map out and better understand our teams' processes and functions. This helps us visualize the process, find any gaps in the process and initiate projects to help us improve time management, efficiency, and collaboration. I would recommend this application to any user looking to quickly and easily create process maps.

Lucidchart really makes it easy for us to collaborate as a team. We can share with Slack and Google Drive which makes sharing so easy and painless. I hope to learn more about the other applications that it integrates with and see how those could apply to my role and position.
I have not had the need to use support on anything yet but I do know that the training and tutorial videos are helpful.

Yes

I've used visio in the past and it was much less user friendly and harder to format and personalize.
Lucidchart should be used by folks that need to visualize a process and ultimately use that to help improve or optimize their process. This should be used as an analytical tool. I would recommend it to any colleague who is a subject matter expert in something as it will help them find gaps in the process.
