Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very user-friendly and intuitive to use.
With the use of Lucidchart, we can easily draw and map our processes so that they are clearly defined and clearly readable. In addition to this, we use it on a daily basis to draw our ERD-diagrams, brainstorm on architecture, and always keep our data models documented and up-to-date. Everyone in the company uses it.

We are currently not using the integrations but will be looking into integrating it with Salesforce and Slack.

I have been using Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart in the past. Lucidchart is simpler and provides a more user-friendly interface. The fact that it is cloud-based is also very handy and makes collaboration between different users much easier.
