Usability

Lucidchart actually is very intuitive and easy to use! When I started using the tool, I was able to get started right away and didn't have so much as a learning curve.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my organization, Lucidchart is being used to help visualize future state business processes to enable an easier conversation between our project implementation teams and the clients. With Lucidchart, a picture is truly worth a thousand words because when discussing a change in the business process, it's easier to get buy-in because everyone involved is on the same page about what the flow should look like.

It makes diagramming super easy.
The templates provide a quick start for me.
It's really simple to use.
