Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Overall, Lucidchart is a very easy tool to use. I enjoy using it, there is a small learning curve if you've never interacted with this software before but having the quick onboarding session with the Lucidchart AM was very helpful. Having some tips and tricks at the beginning would make it a lot easier to navigate through all the tools.
Currently being used to illustrate the customer journey and visualize where we can enhance our communication.

I have not yet integrated with other applications such as Salesforce, GitHub, and others. Currently have only been working within Lucidchart and creating process maps. I hope to soon integrate with other applications to get the full scoop of it but for right now still trying to master all the functions that Lucidchart has to offer.
Overall the support has been great. I ran through a 20 min session with one of the account managers and they were super helpful with their suggestions. They made things a little easier for me to understand and find small tricks within Lucidchart that made my process mapping easier to understand.

If you're in an organization that needs to provide a visual on the customer journey map, Lucidchart is an exceptional tool. For members in your org that are more visual learners, this allows seeing the full picture. At the same time provide areas of improvement where chance can be made to enhance the customer experience.
