Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I was able to create diagrams the first time using Lucidchart without reading any documentation or using the help button.
Lucidchart is used for mapping business processes for our clients, current state, and future state. We also use it to diagram entity relationships and system landscapes. Internally we use Lucidchart to build flowcharts to design our solutions to hand off to the configuration team. It is used across the organization to diagram internal processes.

Lucidchart is well suited for any process involving more than one factor or flow that has multiple decisions. It's less appropriate for single-step diagrams.
