Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We are using Lucidchart for solutions design sketches within our department. Mainly we use the predefined Cloud architecture design templates for AWS, GCP, and Azure solutions with real-time editing.
- The real-time collaborative editing feature really likes our team compared to tools. We can be able to view the most updated diagram at any given point in time without reaching out to other team members.
- The provided templates are very useful. Specifically, our team uses Cloud architecture templates for different stages of solution design.
- The revision history of files feature, ability to compare different documents is very helpful with a detailed list of changes.
- It would be if the licensing model supports pay per use. Also, If the free account includes more features, Lucidchart will become more popular, and more features can be purchased based on the necessity for those features.
- Please fix usability issues. Like sometimes the browser is not responsive if you go idle for too long. Formatting can be annoying sometimes mainly when the grouping and ungrouping and bringing shapes forward and backward can be difficult.
- No support for language translation - it is good to have feature when teams are geographically distributed and wanted view the content in their native language.

The Lucidchart integrations with other business apps is very helpful to create live diagrams that update in real-time and therefore have value beyond being illustrative.
