Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
I use Lucidchart to map processes. Specifically, my most recent use case was mapping the sales process and front of house interactions of associates for a local retailer. This enabled them to see the types of interactions their retail staff were having with customers. The benefit of Lucidchart is the ability to diagram logic trees.

- It meets my needs. I don't think it has any areas for improvement. Its simplicity is why I like it.
- Ramp new hires faster by showing them the organization and where they fit inside it.
- Teach new hires faster by showing them their job as a process map.
I do not integrate Lucidchart with any other tools. I export the documents as PDF or JPEG. This works well for me.

I like Lucidchart better. They have a much stronger browser based product. Last time I used MindManager their browser based product was pretty bad. They also cost a lot more. Lucidchart is better for my use case.
