Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
We are creating process flows to facilitate policy creation. The process flow will provide a visual workflow for each department in our company. We haven't explored all the other features such as connecting to MS Power Automate to start creating workflow automation. I was using MS Visio before, but after testing Lucidchart, I find Lucidchart way easier to use (user-friendly) and it has all the features we need to finish our process flows.
Pros
- Layout of tools is straightforward.
- Autosave feature saved my work when my browser crashed.
- I was able to export the process flows in many different formats. PDF, Visio file etc.
Cons
- Add more basic shapes to be used.
- Import function that can convert excel file into chart.
- Lucidchart will be used to improve current process flow and improve efficiency.
- Once the process flows are done we will create automated flows to improve communication.
- The process flow will also provide our employees with clear guidelines and steps on how to perform certain tasks.
I noticed that Lucidchart has integration with MS Teams. We will be using this integration to work together and review the process flows that we are creating.
