Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart is leveraged within the engineering department to help diagram different workflows during the software development lifecycle of a project as well as construct visual aids for internal process flows. The ease of use in spinning up new flows quickly & sharing them between the team instantly is a huge bonus for the team.
Pros
- Easy to get up-and-running quickly.
- Lots of utility for visualizing many different types of problems / flows.
- Easy to share & collaborate with others.
Cons
- Although the tutorials are already fairly robust, continuing to invest in Lucidchart-provided tutorials would be a huge plus for the end-user.
- Big benefit on productivity to have an accessible tool for visualizing some of our more complex workflows.
- Easy to collaborate on larger, more intricate workflows with other team members to help iterate on visual aids to accompany our official documentation.
We have not [yet] relied on many integrations between Lucidchart and the apps listed so far.
Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?
Yes
Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?
Yes
The key product I've used that has similar diagramming options as Lucidchart has previously been Microsoft Powerpoint. Comparatively, I think Lucidchart is a lot easier to hit the ground running with (as well as share around & actively collaborate within.)
