Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I'm quite techy, so I enjoyed learning how to use it. But some colleagues do not want to know all the detail it has to offer. There needs to be a sort of 'light' version.
Lucidchart eases workflows when planning and scheduling, specifically for marketing and digital marketing calendars - which is why I use it. It also brings teams together to one focal point which has more features than excel would.
  • Collaboration of teams
  • Content planning
  • Briefing teams
  • UX is a bit messy - can be too busy for a new starter to the platform.
  • It hasn't really impacted bottom line ROI.
  • It helps with planning paid media content calendars and organic content calendars.
Unfortunately, we haven't integrated it yet but we do aim to do this with Microsoft where we have the majority of the product that it has to offer. I hope this is seamless integration and doesn't require much resource time for us to set this up.
Haven't used it that much but I have heard colleagues say the Lucidchart support team is very prompt and there to help when needed.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

They're different tools but I prefer the look and collaboration element of Lucid vs the others. Although it doesn't offer a proper chat feature similar to Slack - I find this better as I still prefer old-fashioned talking to colleagues about projects and tasks so for me Lucid is a good way of visualizing a plan and the tasks for each user/team.
Lucidchart can be confusing at first and some people do not have the time to get into the detail of what Lucidchart can offer. For that reason, it is hard to get a full company to utilize a tool. But we found when assigning a specific user per team/department makes use of the platform a lot easier to adopt.
