Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
It helps us construct business process flow. It also allows us to easily make process updates after changes and we can compare documents. The flow of Lucidchart is easy to maneuver around and use. I didn't have a steep learning curve while learning to navigate it, which makes my job easier by default.
