Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I don't think the product is very responsive just yet. There's no fluid, snappy feeling to it that the desktop apps have.
Lucidchart has been very useful with mapping out networks. The level of granularity it provides is amazing. It's not as snappy as what a desktop app would be like, but it's been doing a great job for our use cases so far. It could easily beat the other drawing apps with some improvement on its responsivity.
