Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It is pretty straightforward how to use and everything is right in front of you. The ability to add tabs is also a nice function.
It is being used to create SOPs for new hires to reference for training.

We do not use these integrations.
I have never had to use support.

Lucidchart is a lot easier to use than Excel for the way we use it.
It is very suited for structuring SOPs and other processes.
