Usability

Other tools try to do too much and complicate the interface. I've never had issues with loading/sharing compared to other tools that can be very slow to work in. Lucidchart is great at feeling lightweight and easy to use.

Lucidchart is being used within the product team across engineering, design, technical program manager, and product owners to hammer down the user flow and technical requirements.

Familiar, easy and intuitive to use

Templates to get started easily

There has been a lot of improvement to the redesign, but it could look a bit more modern / more fun.

Integrations

We use the Google integration, and that's made sharing super simple. The only issue I've experienced is that the shared link view doesn't make it clear that the chart has been updated since the link was created. I've had instances where different people have been working off different versions of the same chart without knowing.

Miro is slow, lots of functionality but more complicated/overwhelming interface and harder to learn.
