Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

For a basic user, I feel that it's not very intuitive, but luckily, you can always search for help and can usually find the answer. I wish the help videos were more detailed. It gives you the basics, but if you want to do anything beyond that, you have to search for the answer.
We have currently started using Lucidchart as a program for an org chart but will plan to continue to use it for process mapping as our company continues to grow. We are a start-up, so tools like this help us migrate from the basic word document that we currently use.
  • Org Chart
  • The user interface is not always intuitive and the org chart functionality has very limited flexibility. I wish it would integrate the use of manual additions along with the standard templates.
  • Thus far, it has proven to do what we purchased it to do. We have yet to see how much more productive it can be for our company.
We have not yet had Lucidchart integrate with any of our other applications.
We have not yet utilized the support. We have been able to find the answers that we needed using the help function or the internet.

I have not used any other products like this thus far.
So far, we have only used Lucidchart for an org chart. The functionality is a bit limited but pretty easy to use. I wish it would integrate manual additions to the reporting structure, rather than the limit to the standard templates. For example, you can't seem to tier direct reports at a different linear location.
