Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

As someone with zero experience of [Lucidchart], I was able to get started in minutes, and within an hour or so was producing materials that I was happy to use in presentations with external clients to illustrate overall design patterns.
Have only just started using Lucidchart but I'm already finding it an extremely useful solution. It's widely used across our Professional Services function and is great for being able to quickly produce professional-looking architectural diagrams for presentations with our customer base. The ease of sharing for collaborative work is also fantastic.

  • Perfectly happy with it for my use cases.
  • I've personally found it's enabled me to quickly illustrate key points of design to customers.
Not really using it in this context currently.

Tool of choice at my current employer so not had to use anything else.
Lucidchart is well suited to anyone aiming to be able to rapidly produce good looking diagrams for both internal and external consumption. It's not going to give you full-on technical design capabilities but for charting schema diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, or basic flow charts it's a very good solution.
