Wonderful Tool for Charts, Diagram, Flowcharts and More!!

It is hard to give this a rating because I typically learn new technologies and software fairly quickly and I have worked previously with software similar to Lucidchart. However, my rating stands for people who may have never used this kind of technology. It is fairly simple to use in the free version, but perhaps there may be a bit of a learning curve when it comes to developing more complex diagrams and charts.

Personally, I have never had to reach out to support while using Lucidchart. The software is fairly simple to use and if I do have any questions or concerns while using the product, I have no doubt in my mind that the Lucidchart would be able to answer my request in detail.

Lucidchart is more useful for larger projects in my opinion. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. With everything mapped out on a single chart, it is much easier to collaborate with your teams to see a sequence of steps already laid out in a diagram or chart. I don't see using Lucidchart for much smaller projects unless it is complex.
