Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I've never had a hard time using it - I can pretty much always find the features I want to use without having to look up any documentation.
I use Lucidchart along with others in the organization to build architecture diagrams for the systems that I help to build. What I appreciate most about it is the built-in icons from the public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. It's very intuitive to use and also allows me to export the diagrams as a png with a transparent background to easily embed into other documents.

We are not using these integrations.
I have seen that the Lucidchart team is very responsive.

Lucidchart is the most useful for me because it provides the largest built-in icon library.
Well suited for: architecture diagrams, process flows, entity relationship diagrams.
Less appropriate for: live process mapping, collaboration, note-taking
