Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It was easy to learn and easy to use. The interface was simple and straightforward, and exporting the projects upon completion wasn't difficult. Those few things I couldn't figure out how to do were easily solved by clicking around a bit or using the help files. Overall, it's one of the easiest pieces of software like this I have used.
I purchased a subscription to Lucidchart in order to map out a new strategy for email welcome sequence delivery. I wanted to be able to map out how users would behave and the options and freebies I give out along each step of the pathway. The software is easy to use and it made the process fun. And even more than that, after I completed the project I started with, I found a lot of other uses for Lucidchart. I can easily map out the publishing process for everything from submitting articles to running books through editorial. A great find!
  • Customization of colors and fonts to match brand expectations
  • The ability to move things around easily
  • Many shapes to choose from to meet different project needs
  • I would love to see the option of an expand-as-you-build chart that grew beyond the constraints of standard sizes that I could use for larger projects.
  • It has improved productivity by helping us establish systems and pathways for various processes.
Although we don't currently integrate with many applications, Lucidchart has, itself, had an impact on our daily workflows by helping us establish streamlined protocols and processes for everything from publishing processes to email nurturing sequences. Now we have a set process and don't have to reinvent one every time we need to complete a new project.
I found the software easy enough to use that I never had to interact with support, other than looking for help with their online support documents as I was learning how to use it.

It really helped me clarify several projects that had multiple entry and exit points, and I found that a very useful part of the brainstorming process.

It also provided me with concrete and easily editable files for SOPs to make sure everyone on the team knows the exact process we should use for several areas of the business. That way, we're all doing the same thing in the same order.
