Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Easy and intuitive to use. Nice drag and drop and ‘click to’ process lines makes it easy.
We use it to design for the SOP in partnerships which requires a complex process engaging a number of different business units and regions in a specific flow. It is simple and easy to adapt and make changes to the process as feedback is provided by different parts of the business. This has made articulation of the process and getting different constituencies’ input a much more straightforward process.

Quicker, easier and cheaper for a specific project.
Well suited for the illustration and creation of complex business processes. Helps design and explain these processes for different stakeholders and makes it easy for different parties to provide their feedback and for fast edits to be made to a living process. Could do with more templates to make getting processes kicked off easier.
