Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Although Lucidchart is fairly easy to use, I still had to take a few tutorials for certain features on the application. Some features were difficult to understand and I had to look to the Lucidchart community for further explanation.
Lucidchart has helped our company map out our new Marketing plan and also decide on the flow of the follow up processes. It's currently being used by one department and helps us chart out the flow of activities which in turn helps us execute an effective marketing campaign. I see this being used by the sales department to map out various cadences.

We haven't integrated Lucidchart with other applications within the organization. But it has tremendously helped our marketing efforts and mapping our various campaigns and the workflows within each campaign.
I haven't used Lucidchart support yet, but I've noticed that questions remain unanswered on the Lucidchart community. I think that could be a place of improvement.

I explored various tools and the ease of use from the get go was high on Lucidchart. I did not need extensive tutorials to start using the application nor was it too complicated.
Lucidchart has helped me work on mapping out what's on my mind. I especially think it's well suited where you may have to map out diverse workflows. The expand and collapse option of the tool has been specifically helpful. I see the biggest benefits for marketing, sales, and analysts. This is not helpful for strategic research related work.
