Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I needed no instruction on using Lucidchart. I was able to sign in and use the product immediately.
Our organization uses Lucidchart to map processes and People Development flows.
  • Flexible layout
  • Easily created arrows
  • Colors are easily changeable
  • Font is easily changeable
  • Sizing of components is easily done
  • Provide centered markings for various columns.
  • Option to highlight all and move in a direction using ctrl key for smaller increments.
  • Time Savings, able to look at an entire process on one page
I have not used the collaboration feature yet.

Lucidchart was very similar to Visio. We do not have access to Visio at work.
Articulate 360, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Very well suited for project/process mapping.
