Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

In my opinion, Lucidchart is fairly easy to use for tech savvy users. However, it might take sometime to learn to use it for the less tech savvy user. I foresee that the templates provided might also give boost for new user to get used to how Lucidchart works though.
The team that I am working in mainly uses Lucidchart to explain about architecture, data flow, software design, etc. It is very useful for knowledge sharing as explaining using words is often not enough. Additionally, Lucidchart can be used in our documentation to explain stuff for the reader. The template and functionalities that Lucidchart provide is also very relevant to our needs.

I think the application integration that I have ever used previously is Atlassian. It is definitely useful when my team wants to share documentations about our apps infrastructure with the other teams or when we present our ideas. I have not used it in other apps, but I guess integration in Slack and Github will definitely be useful for me.
I have not got a chance to actually use the support for Lucidchart yet. However, I frequently see emails regarding updates on Lucidchart and whatnot. I think finding the support function in the apps itself will be fairly easy as well. I will give fairly high score, but it might be higher once I get the chance to use it.

To be frank, it was a long time ago since I used another similar products. So I'm not in the best position to give a comparison. However, from what I remember, I think Lucidchart is more usable and user friendly for new users. Also, the templates that are provided are definitely useful and relevant.
We can use Lucidchart to explain data flow, software architecture, software design, etc. to our colleagues and in presentation. Also, we can use it as a documentation/source of truth to software diagrams. I think some of the scenarios that are less suitable to use Lucidchart is when you draw something in real time because it's not that fast to create a good diagram.
