Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's super easy to get started and produce something useful. The freemium account lets you go far enough to know if the product will really work for you.
We're using Lucidchart on the Engineering team to model databases and system diagrams.
  • Easy to layout db schemas
  • Great way to visualize complex system diagrams
  • Has enough tools to make a variety of diagrams useful in product and engineering
  • It's easy to share diagrams with team members
  • Would be nice if fields for database entities in ER diagrams were easier to add and remove.
  • We've had improved productivity because we can quickly put together diagrams to explain complex systems.
  • The sharing and review features are great for a team with remote workers. It's replaced the white board for many of our interactions.
We haven't used any of these integrations yet.
There are a lot of online resources that I can use.

I've found it very useful for putting together system diagrams and flow diagrams and ER database diagrams and sharing those with the team.
