Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Inside our organization, Lucidchart is used to conceptualizing and visualizing processes and information flows. Having used a lot of alternative options, I eventually arrived at Lucidchart and have stopped my search since then. The ease of use is unparalleled. Automatic layout is a gift from above, and the near infinite possibilities of shapes, icons, and applications are brilliant. Looking forward to finding other uses for it, like flows inside the product and interfaces, and maybe dip into the realms of mapping out ideas in an early concept stage as I can see this working very well as a mind mapping or brainstorm tool.

- Large icon library
- Label positioning can be a bit of a fight in early adoption.
- Not a fan of per user pricing, but understand it.
- Would love to be able to draw directly into the workspace and have it automatically converted into shapes and connections on the fly.
- I've saved hours making flowcharts for internal processes and product documentation.
