Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Using it to make ERD diagrams for our data pipeline. Good way to visualize data flow I used Lucidchart mainly to draw ERD diagrams for data flow as well as org charts for our team/department hierarchy. I found it to be a good way to visualize both high level and deeper level data flows/structures.

Integration with Slack and Atlassian are great especially since I had to add charts to some wiki pages.

Lucidchart is the only tool I've used for this type of diagramming. Most of my experience prior was limited to microsoft powerpoint but this was definitely a step above that.
