Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
Lucidchart allows us to easily go from high level concept diagrams that we can create on the fly during customer consultations. Then allows us to do low level detail in all aspects of the development cycle.We have found by using Lucidchart complicated software processes can be easily shown to clients in a clear and meaningful way. Not only with the client either, our new internal processes now involve Lucidchart too.
- Allows for the visual representation of our case data for software.
- Allows us to quickly visualize customer requirements during consultation.
- Ensues that both our company and the client are on the same page.
- Maybe offering limited tool bundles to targeted user markets?
- The ability to make this customizable with logos and colors is possible but could be easier.
- Naming of tools to be customizable to make sense to what each industry calls their diagrams.
- Improved time in concept and initial consultations more effective in less actual time for the client and ourselves.
- Having clear diagraming has allowed for fewer errors in our software development processes.
- The ability to track and take each diagram through detail and process levels has saved in time.
We currently aren't using it in this way much.
