Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

I am a layman to Lucidchart and never used it before. I have to deal with it due to my promotion as team leader, and as the teams need to fulfill the global alignment. The demonstration and templates are very helpful to give me a briefing on how to use them.
Due to the various services that my team has to perform and need to demonstrate the process workflow to other teams. Process Mapping is always required. Not only as a briefing to new joiners, but also letting other internal teams get more understanding and work together. It is very user friendly.

We need to create the whole payment process workflow from the front line, clients, to middle office and back office. Lucidchart helps to demonstrate how a payment is processed from client placing an order to payment is released to beneficiaries, mandatory checks, and requirements to giving the overview within the organization.
