Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

As a new user I adapted very easily with the application and started using it.
The application is very user-friendly, it helps a lot to create your designs, business diagrams, and DFD's, making your analysis more effective. This provides internal and external stakeholder with a visual aid when discussing the project. Multiple users can share the documents among each other which helps coordinate better in a more efficient manner .
  • Provides all the stakeholders participating on a project with extreme clarity.
  • Assists in employee onboarding/training, as the tool is useful for outlining standard operating procedures.
  • Lucidchart is an excellent way to make efficient and usable engineering documentation quickly.
  • Lucidchart could make aligning icons more exact and intuitive for better spaced and formatted charts.
  • Allow for comments/callouts similar to Visio. I like that it inserts comments in a box (on-screen) that are attached to the object you are calling out. It adds a layer of clarity that I believe gets lost when using the typical comment bar.
  • The navigation for adding shapes is a little clunky. I would like to see a set of standard shapes comparable to Visio.

This has helped us to create process flows for our functions and provided better understanding to the team members in their day to day processes.
It basis my experience and usage of application. Certainly its very helpful for the organisations to design their flows and business diagrams very easily.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), MS SharePoint, Microsoft Access
Able to create and understand Lucidchart immediately, there was almost no training and guidance required as such. Its quite user-friendly for the users to adapt and work with it.
