Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart
This has been really helpful in demonstrating to various departments across the company the extent of the processes each of the other departments undertakes. This helps bring a clearer understanding & appreciation for the work everyone does, which brings a greater working harmony between the teams. This is currently just being used by pre-con (myself), but my job role is closely linked to most departments so it ties into a wider reach throughout the company.
