Usability

It truly is so simple & user-friendly. It looks exactly how you want it to, it saves your work & the unique login means you can jump straight in where you left off. Literally, anyone could use this software.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This has been really helpful in demonstrating to various departments across the company the extent of the processes each of the other departments undertakes. This helps bring a clearer understanding & appreciation for the work everyone does, which brings a greater working harmony between the teams. This is currently just being used by pre-con (myself), but my job role is closely linked to most departments so it ties into a wider reach throughout the company.
