Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Very good tool but still needs some fine-tuning.
Helping organize ideas and people. Currently using it for various projects and programs within the company. Organizing architectural solutions and implementation ideas. Collaborating with X-functional groups and team members and managing chain of thoughts in designing systems, products, and services. Sharing diagrams and allowing other team members to simultaneously participate in the same diagrams.

  • More clip arts.
  • Better coordination within the tool.
  • Better select button and transitioning between objects.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Reduced confusion.
  • Saved time.
  • Improved flexibility.
We are able to share diagrams within different apps, which is very important in today's work-from-home environment.

Diagramming and presenting complicated ideas and system integrations in a simple, easy-to-use, and understand tool. Less appropriate with brainstorming and capturing notes.
