Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

It's difficult at first to get started in Lucidchart because of the large breadth of features and tools. I recommended starting with tutorials or templates to learn the tool's various features. Once a user has learned how to use the tool, it becomes very easy to use and provides many features and flexibility.
Lucidchart is a great tool to create UX deliverables, such as personas and journey maps. It's important to communicate processes, research, and user stories as clearly as possible to stakeholders, and Lucidchart makes it easy to put together high quality and professional looking deliverables. In addition, the many available integrations make it easy to share with your team members.

It is very helpful that Lucidchart integrates with applications that our company uses, as it makes it easy to share with stakeholders and collaborate with team members. Specifically in regards to integrations, I love the feature that allows these charts to be easily inserted into professional presentations and slide shows.
I have never contacted customer support for this product, so I am skipping this question about rating the overall support experience for the Lucidchart application.

This tool is great for creating flow charts, hierarchies, and user journeys. It is easy to create from scratch or template, and supports multiple different formats. The tool's flexibility and features make it simple to create whatever graphics or charts you need, and the integrations and collaboration aspects make it simple to share with the team.
