Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Allows users to jump in and get started right away with little to no learning curve.
As a ScrumMaster/Business Analyst/Technical Strategist Consultant, I use Lucidchart on a daily basis both internally within my firm and frequently as the recommended tool of choice at our client's companies as well.

  • Improved productivity, time savings, improved performance.
Lucidchart integrates with leading applications such as Atlassian, Google, Salesforce, Microsoft, Slack, AWS, BambooHR, GitHub, and Zapier to even further facilitate collaboration. The value you or your organization has had, particularly to your daily workflows, is large.
I would give it a 10, but this question was supposed to be skip-able if you've never contacted support (which I haven't), but it turns out this typing is required in order to move to the next page. This is actually a systemic problem I've noticed within the Lucidchart community site (NOT the web app used for flowcharts), where anything intended to be "optional" is actually required to proceed.
