Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

My unit has been using LucidSpark to facilitate remote problem solving and planning sessions. It essentially replaces the whiteboard which we would have for in-person sessions, but I would say it's actually better than a whiteboard due to the ease with which you can revise the content, save different versions, segregate comments from content, etc. We definitely plan on continuing to use it.
  • The interface is intuitive and contains a lot of functionality without being cluttered.
  • The integrated "Team Tools" are pretty neat.
  • I appreciate that users can customize the details of line shapes even though Lucidspark isn't really diagramming software.
  • Currently, text can be colored within a shape, but having a way to fill the shape background would be useful.
  • When lines intersect, there is currently no option to format a line so that one is shown "hopping over" the other.
  • Meeting effectiveness
  • Clarity of documentation
The interface is intuitive and easy to use.
I was not aware of the integrations with Slack and Google Drive, but knowing this, Lucidspark is actually going to be even more useful to us. I will look up information about that.
Lucidspark is very reliable; we've had no performance issues at all.
I have not reached out to Customer Support or even accessed the user tutorials, so I can't speak to the support. I guess it is a positive overall comment on the product, though, that I have not needed to access any user tutorials in the course of using it. I believe the same applies to my colleagues in my unit. However, this review form did not allow me to progress without selecting a numeric rating, so I selected "9" on the assumption that support is probably good, but feeling that it would be inauthentic to rate it "10" without any actual experience.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

As mentioned, we have been using Lucidspark for remote problem solving and planning. Lucidspark is very useful in such contexts due to incorporating diverse functionality that meshes well under the general heading of "brainstorming". If we were wanting to do something more specific, such as creating a BPMN diagram or creating a detailed hand-drawing of something, we would use software that had been designed for that purpose and had a deeper bench of specialized features.
