Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

I use Lucidspark to depict systems of dependencies and sequence in a way that is easily understood by a broad audience. The flexible navigability of the document allows me to put in as much detail as needed and makes it so that any diagram can scale as systems become more complex.
  • Living document. No worry about versions.
  • Presentation mode that allows you to zoom in and pan.
  • Simplified and online version of Visio.
  • An even easier interface to allow for real-time virtual collaboration.
  • I think it's less about ROI than about improving perception of collaboration.
I think it's pretty easy to pick up and then review. It's become great during the pandemic, during which we've had to rely on only virtual collaboration.
Yes, but really have only used once during the pandemic, but has been great to encourage people to collaborate. A great way to not just facilitate a brainstorming session but improve participation.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

No

I have not used any alternates. I tried Lucidspark because of its affiliation with Lucidchart, which I've used much more consistently.
Great for brainstorming, but I just think the problem with this use case is that I don't really need to brainstorm THAT often to justify the subscription. I probably have this need 1-2 a year, because other similar types of exercises already have solutions (Kanban boards, project management, etc.). I also like the idea of exporting brainstorming sessions that aren't just printouts of the post-its.
