Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
I’m using Lucidspark to build a mind map approach to an organization's portfolio, products, and services. Building this in the format of a brainstorm session is proving really valuable and effective because I can engage my stakeholders without technical challenges frustrating me and slowing the entire process down. The output from Lucidspark is being used across the C-Suite of my client.
- Usability - I’ve literally read no manuals or help section, I’m just rolling and making really good use of many features easily and quickly.
- Formatting - Really straightforward and simple, with options in places where intuition tells you they are.
- Performance - The web app is extremely responsive and a pleasure to use.
- With the limited use of the application prior to upgrade, based on my experience I upgraded without question however experienced one or two messages initially telling me to still upgrade. I resolved this by logging out and logging back in.
- I’d really like some of the formatting options such as expanded colour chart found in Lucidchart to be available in Lucidspark.
- I’d recommend either integrating the Lucidchart and Lucidspark applications further, or calling out the option to export to either in a more prominent place to be able to realise the benefit of both more often.
- Time saving - taken less time to do more.
- Increased engagement through intuition of features and usage.
- Increased productivity as a result.
I haven’t used the integrations with Slack or Google Drive as these are not applicable to me at present. I intend to use Slack although haven’t tried this yet. The integration with Llucidchart is absolutely brilliant and something I’m using on a daily basis. It’s just so simple and straightforward!
It’s been a real game changer already in the few days that I’ve had the product. I’ve had feedback where my client has been impressed with the formatting and style that Lucidspark has allowed me to produce, and the performance has meant that I can work really efficiently without having to search feature options and how-to’s.

Lucidspark is in a league of its own compared to Microsoft Visio. Microsoft just can’t seem to get away from over complicating things!
