Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark is being used by my group to facilitate remote collaboration, allowing everyone to work on and contribute to the solution building simultaneously. It's helping to break down the barriers created by this new work reality and serve as a whiteboard for idea collection, reference. and sharing.

  • Break through writer's block.
It's very easy to use and intuitive to add ideas and view others' ideas, and to change the color of the sticky notes to discern who made which contributions. The only hiccup I encountered was in learning where to click to be able to move the focus area to shift from my notes to others.
Collaboration is especially challenging in a remote environment and each integration offers value. My favorite and most used is the Slack integration. It makes it fast and easy to share content to others in a place I know they'll often be throughout the day. And keeps me from cluttering up inboxes!
Lucidspark has worked perfectly for me and been fully reliable. It makes me comfortable recommending the tool and using it with colleagues internally, and at my client sites. I typically use it in real time on client meetings, and it's comforting to know they'll be comfortable using the tool as well.
I never used Lucidspark support and as such can't speak to it. I've always been pleased with Lucidchart support though I have only rarely had a reason to reach out. The interfaces are so user friendly that it's easy to figure out how to do almost everything you could want to do.

Lucidspark is a great tool for to teams that need to collaborate to solve problems, especially those leveraging design thinking. It helps extroverted and introverted team members contribute simultaneously on the same playing field, encouraging a greater diversity of ideas. And it hosts a record of the efforts and thought processes that contributed to future directions, enabling you to go back and better understand why a particular decision was made.
