Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Me and the other product manager use [Lucidspark] to organize the collective our collective brain. It's where we keep to-do lists and notes and reminders and try to work stuff out. I also use it to make diagrams of how other coworkers should design their Google Ads campaigns. My boyfriend also uses it to explain how football works to me.
  • Even though it's on a computer screen, I feel like it's free form enough to feel like I'm using a piece of paper.
  • Very aesthetically pleasing and simple.
  • It lends itself well to doing design sprints.
  • Put bullet points on the sticky notes! I already told Dan about this.
  • If there is any way to make it even more user friendly that would be great, I'm just not sure how you would do that.
  • It keeps us from having to meet in person.
  • All of the examples mentioned above.
It's great and super intuitive.
I didn't know it integrated with those things. :/
It's made it easier for us to do design sprints.
I haven't looked for support yet so I'm not sure. If I were to need it in the future, I would probably just reach out to the people I already know at Lucid anyway.

Do you think Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's feature set?

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

I would normally use an actual white board, piece of paper, Dropbox Paper, or Google Docs, but those aren't offered in your list.
I suggested it in all the use cases I mentioned, Google Ads, football, and for my co-product manager and I. Less appropriate is when lots of text is needed, like paragraphs and editing and such.
