Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

The application helps bridge barriers of expertise. It makes it easier to diagram things in a way that make getting the point or concept across much easier than to understand versus a traditional "paper/article" style of organization. I use it to brainstorm and come up with ideas and kind of have a "shotgun" approach to my mindmapping.
  • Mouse based interface - makes it easy to keep ideas flowing.
  • Arranging items.
  • Changing and modifying items in groups.
  • Some type of floating key would help, maybe with mouse and keyboard shortcuts, as well as a per diagram key.
  • Time saving.
  • Meeting effectiveness.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Visualizing concepts, which leads to coming up with new connections.
Very easy to pick up and start, and also very easy to jump back in.
As a technical person who is juggling trying to learn about a dozen applications, yours is the key to learning the others! I make diagrams as I go and it has made a huge difference for me!
I can't honestly say I've used the integrations yet, but I look forward to using them in the future!
I've had a couple people looking at my absurd over the top brain dump board, and it didn't lag or anything. Things update pretty much instantaneously.

You've truly changed my mind as to what a web based application can do. I previously thought this level of polish and responsiveness was only possible with desktop applications.
Customer support has been responsive and very helpful!

I think the UI of Lucidspark is definitely a bit more welcoming. Even though I'm transitioning over to Visio for myself (still planning on using Lucidspark for anything that requires collaboration), I find myself wishing that Visio was a bit more simple and had the quick usability of Lucidspark.
This application has been an absolute gamechanger for my mindmapping. I eventually ended up making the switch to Visio because of my very specific and over the top use case (I'm running 2 55" screens, + a 4k laptop, and have a Wacom tablet for my desktop, and my laptop is an HP spectre 15" with stylus, nobody else I know is using anything even half as absurd).

I wouldn't have begun the process of mindmapping had this application not made it so easy. I intend to recommend it to anyone I work with.
