Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
We are a small organization, and we use Lucidspark in lieu of having a live whiteboard as well as to communicate complicated user flows. As our business processes require multiple inputs and outputs, using the flow chart tools gives us a good, inexpensive way to communicate flows. Also, because we are all Mac users, this gives us a tool that we can use easily across multiple platforms.
- Flow charts
- Collaborative editing/sharing
- Complex flow diagrams
- Export features
- Mac client
- More effective meetings
- Better documentation
We don't use it daily. We have Slack but have not integrated it. It doesn't seem like something we need to use more than one or two times a week, especially for our small organization.
We are very happy with lucidspark as an online platform for meetings. Between lucid chart and lucid spark we have everything we need has far as being able to diagram both offline and in realtime during meeting. The two tools being interoperative was important as diagrams during meetings can become messy and we can go back later and fix them up in LucidChart.

- Microsoft Powerpoint, Zoom and Slack
We have used Microsoft Powerpoint and Zoom. Both didn't work too well, as they are not exactly meant for drawing. Slack does well for some things but is pretty clunky, too.
