Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark has helped me connect with my customers as we continue to meet virtually. Just a few weeks ago, I led a discussion that helped map an organization's business process using Lucidspark. Afterwards, the deal we were trying to close was closed, but also, the customer said that he had never seen that much work get done in that amount of time in his career. It was a reaffirming moment that Lucidspark is invaluable to me as a remote consultant. Lucidspark is the next best thing to in-person whiteboarding. Even when we go back to in-person, some folks will still be remote. I anticipate using Lucidspark from here on out! A great product and a great team! I highly recommend Lucidspark, LucidChart, and LucidPress!
  • Easy for customers to join, collaborate, and engage without an account
  • Learning Lucidspark is easy
  • Nice integration with LucidPress
  • Limited color, font, and icons
  • Collaboration capability could be cooler if integration with Slack was possible
  • I saw increased customer confidence. As we were discussing ideas and the project, everyone was able to capture details, so there was little or no ambiguity.
  • Meetings are more effective, shorter, and we have a deliverable from each meeting that all attendees can access.
  • The diagrams and workflows are beautiful.
The UI is very user friendly, which can translate into limited options in icons, color palette, and fonts.
I have not noticed the Slack integration with LucidChart or Lucidspark but I will definitely research it! The integrations haven't really been used on my part yet.
The real-time capability is what makes this tool so useful. The UI features that allow for quick focus/attention or the ability to see cursor movement are really impactful because others can see what the presenter is circling with the cursor, for example. The quality of the UI is high and looks clean.
I have not needed to use support for any of the Lucid products.

Yes

Lucidspark is well suited for remote collaboration across teams. I think anytime anyone has a meeting, a Lucidspark canvas should be available in the Zoom invitation, for example. I think it's less appropriate when there are other tools in play like Trello, Asana, or other GTD boards. Lastly, I think because it is so easy to use, even children could use it at school.
