Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

Lucidspark has been a great tool for my internal systems team to effectively collaborate in a work from home environment. LucidSpark provides a great white boarding and documentation tool. We have used this with other departments in documenting pain points and business requirements. We also use it regularly for our sprint retrospectives and sprint naming. The "sticky notes", voting features and labels make documenting, prioritizing and sorting a breeze. I highly recommend this tool.
  • Brainstorming Documentation via "Sticky Notes"
  • Voting Feature
  • Labels
  • Spellchecker
  • Font sizing within a sticky note can be sporadic at times
  • Meeting Effectiveness
  • Improved Collaboration
  • Improved Participation
Fairly intuitive. The voting functionality has a slight learning curve. Also collaboration with multiple people (when you see everyones moving icons) can be a bit distracting.
We have not implemented any of these. I would be curious to learn more about them.
Overall performance is good, haven't really had any major issues. This is an effective and fun tool for collaboration. We have far better sprint retrospect participation now with LucidSpark at the center of the meeting. Remote whiteboarding sessions are far easier to document and ensure everyone is on the same page. Works great on zoom meetings.
We received an initial training from Lucid which was great, very informative and applicable to our own use case that we wanted to explore. We really haven't had any issues with the platform. I am not sure how to make feature requests, but this survey looks to be a good start.

We were not in the market for a tool like [this] so we did not vet other solutions as of yet. We were introduced to the free trial which we moved forward with to see if a tool like this would be beneficial and something that we would use. I have been impressed with the usability and the increased efficiencies that the tool has introduced especially given the work from home environment.
