Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

During remote working, Lucidspark has easily replaced post-its. It is being used extensively to brainstorm and share ideas and analysis.
  • Easy to understand
  • Easy to collaborate
  • Compatible with various devices
  • Visual style and UI design
  • Graphic style and colors
  • A simpler interface
  • Only key tools should be displayed with the option of digging deeper if needed
  • Effective communication
  • Easy to brainstorm ideas
  • Easy integration with other tools like Confluence
It took a while to get used to using Lucidchart and to figure out the functionality--it's not very intuitive. Once you get the hang of it, it starts to get easier. There are extensive features that I am sure I am not using as I haven't been able to figure them out yet. I use it in a simplistic form to create journey maps and affinity maps. I like the professional look of the objects and charts and the ability to customize.
It has been great, to be honest, especially when working in remote setups.
I haven't used the support yet.

Yes

Did Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite again?

Yes

I still like the visual and graphic style of Miro and the usability of it. Lucidspark is effective and functional but could do with some templates and visual styling. And some work needs to be done to make the features more intuitive. The fact that Lucidchart is easy to integrate with Confluence gives it a massive edge in my case
Brainstorming ideas collaboratively in a remote setup is extremely easy. The graphic style needs slight improvement, which can then go directly onto presentations without additional visual designing. Being cloud based gives Lucidchart an edge over some of the other diagramming programs out there. It integrates easily with confluence, which is important for documentation in most organizations!
