Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark

We use Lucidspark to communicate visually within our team. Our whole team uses it. It makes visual communication easy.

Lucidspark has a very simple and intuitive interface, I agree wholeheartedly. I started to use it on the first day of my job and I was unsure at first if I would be able to catch on quickly. Later, I was creating an organizational chart using Lucidchart and it was very easy to do.
I have never hard to use LucidSpark for any support reasons. I rate an 8 since I don't want the scores to reflect negatively.

I don't have any experience with competitors.
Lucidspark was used to draw our roadmap to funding and the features written on each part of the roadmap. Also, Lucidspark can also be used for making processes explicit. We used it to align our growth and marketing team with a monthly process. One case I wouldn't use Lucidspark is for writing documents.
