Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
When hosting Rapid Process Improvement Workshops remotely or in a hybrid model, we've begun using Lucidspark to conduct future state brainstorming sessions to create a vision of the new process or system. Also, the flexibility of Lucidspark has been used for fun icebreaker sessions to build personal relationships. There are several departments across the organization that are actively using it or at least experimenting with it.
- Playing with post-it notes across multiple people
- Dot voting
- Overlay of boxes and images to allow user to interact with
- There is a little bit of a delay when interacting with images and shapes. This delay can be disruptive when many (50+) users are interacting with the board.
- Meeting effectiveness. Zoom and MS Teams doesn't have the robust tools to create this level of interaction.
We are a Microsoft Shop and haven't had the opportunity to attempt to integrate.
Quality and reliability have been exceptional. The real-time component could be improved in terms of speed of response time in that real-time interaction.

This has been the first online collaboration tool that I've used to that I would consider an alternative to the live, in-person workshops that I host in which teams are asked to brainstorm using post-it notes, markers, and dry-erase boards to create a vision of the future state and map out new processes.
