Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
We use Lucidspark across the entire organization. We have used it to map work flow processes to communicate between our advisors and all of our staff. It has been particularly useful for communicating between technical and non-technical staff, and to explain processes to legal personnel. On an individual level, it has also been useful in brainstorming and mapping out ideas.
- The UI/UX is extremely intuitive.
- Formatting is very clear.
- Sharing between team members is easy.
- I can't think of any points for improvement.

We have not used these integrations much yet. However in the future, I imagine they will be useful as our team expands.
It has dramatically increased our collaborative productivity- especially as we are developing new features. It is a lot easier to map ideas and keep everyone up to speed- especially as some members of our team have had to work remotely.
