Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
Luidspark has been of great help throughout the pandemic, where we were mostly working from home. It gave my team and me an edge in planning and executing. Before, it was always an issue in setting time aside for numerous meetings--now my team and I make time when possible and contribute and collaborate in our time. Very easy and intuitive to work with!
- Ease of use
- Great for planning
- Multiple users working at the same time
- More templates (helps with structure)
- Time saver--we all contribute when possible
- Very effective--sometimes a formal meeting environment can be stressful and many tend not to speak up
- More hands on deck--we managed to involve more people in our process than we would have with formal meetings
We use Lucidchart for creating protocols and different flowcharts, and the fact that we have been able to integrate the two has probably saved us many hours. Not long ago, you would input the same work more then once in different systems--this has definitely made it easier to appreciate its functionality.
It's been great working with Lucidspark--very reliable system. We don't work in real time, as often as we would like because of the different projects we are invested in. But to have a system that suits our time needs and keeps us up to date is more than we could have asked for.

- Miro and Stormboard
I feel these two platforms have sacrificed UX over design and complexity, something that Lucidspark has completely gotten right.
