Overall Satisfaction with Lucidspark
A must-have for all collaborative diagrams. Lucidspark makes it possible to clearly map out the customer journey and contextualize their systems design. What I like the best is how easy it is to make flowcharts, relate items, and create diagrams or start with a template. It's just simply a fantastic tool for this purpose. It makes the job of demonstrating the flow and design to the clients really enjoyable and effortless in a very sophisticated manner. Lucidspark combines the fun and professionalism in an efficient way!

- Lucidspark is a cloud-based virtual whiteboard, so the whole team can work collaboratively, even while working remotely.
- The design styling of the objects and auto-alignment features can be improved
- A good Kanban board would be really appreciated
- Pricing can be more flexible, depending on the individual or organization

- Has a very positive effect on timelines (as designing is quick, everything will follow)
The ability to sync with Jira is an important feature that I would recommend this tool for. All the people who work on Jira can make use of Lucidspark to link their artifacts into the Jira issues/tasks, making the management of documents agile and simple.
The team collaboration in Lucidspark is extremely awesome, since the application is cloud based. We don't need to download any software or anything. Even while working remotely, we can get the work done nicely.
